Each May the U.S. recognizes National Foster Care Month as an opportunity to shine light on the experiences of the more than 400,000 children and youth in the foster care system. Our Small World is joining in the campaign to raise awareness about the urgent needs of these young people and encourages citizens from every walk of life to get involved – as foster parents, volunteers, mentors, or supporters.

To raise awareness of Foster Care Month, OSW is hosting our 3rd Annual Angels Baseball Fundairaiser--Our Small World:  There's No Place Like Home. The event will be held on Wednesday, May 15 at Angels Stadium.  The Angels will be hosting Kansas City.
